Delivery Information
You've chosen your items, now how shall we get them to you?
To help you make a decision on which delivery option to choose, we've put together the information below of everything that we can offer you.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are sent to our warehouse team at 8am each day, Monday to Friday. This means that on each working day we will pick and send out any orders that were placed on previous working day (or over the weekend if it's a Monday), along with any orders that have been placed up until 8am on that same day.
If your order is placed over a weekend or on a UK bank holiday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Standard Delivery - Estimated 2 to 3 Days from Dispatch
Our standard delivery option costs £4.50 and is mailed using Royal Mail 48 post.
Royal Mail estimate delivery in 2-3 days from dispatch. This is not a fully trackable delivery service but you will receive a delivery confirmation number that will allow you to see when your order has been delivered. It will also allow you to arrange redelivery of the parcel if you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver.
Express Delivery - Estimated 1 to 2 Days from Dispatch
Our express delivery option costs £5.75 and is mailed using Royal Mail 24 post.
Perfect for when you need it a little bit quicker than usual, Royal Mail estimate delivery in 1-2 days from dispatch. This is also not a fully trackable delivery service but you will receive a delivery confirmation number that will allow you to see when your order has been delivered. It will also allow you to arrange redelivery of the parcel if you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver.
Next Working Day Delivery
Need something urgently? If you order by 1pm on any working day, Monday to Friday, we can get your order delivered to you by 1pm on the following working day.
The delivery service we use for this option is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Orders placed after 1pm on any working day, or over a weekend, will be despatched the following working day. For instance, an order placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Notes on Next Day Delivery:
- Our working days for dispatch are Monday to Friday and this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all UK public holidays.
- Personal addresses - Working days for delivery are Monday to Saturday and so this excludes Sundays and all UK public holidays.
- Business addresses - Working days for delivery are Monday to Friday only and so this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all UK public holidays.
Cost for this service is based on the weight of the items in your shopping basket, you will be able to review this in the shopping basket screens.

Payment Options
We're an online-only retailer and so all orders must be placed on this website with payment made at the time of checkout.
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Card payments through Shopify Payments, which includes Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express
- Paypal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

Please note, we don't operate a telephone order or postal ordering service and do not currently have the facilities to take orders in this way.
All prices on the site are shown in British Pound Sterling (£) and payments will be collected in the same way.
All payments are processed through the secure systems provided by Shopify Payments and they are fully integrated within our checkout processes. We do not collect or store any of this data within our own site or systems.
Paypal can be used with an existing account or as a guest. Please double check your delivery details if using Paypal, especially if using a different mailing address, as sometimes Paypal can revert your default address.
Returns and Refunds
We always hope that you love what you buy from us but, of course, we do understand that you may want to return an item.
If there is a issue with your item, we're here to help fix it. If you have changed your mind, it's no problem…
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. We are not able to accept returns after this time scale.
For anything to do with returns and refunds, please read the information on our full returns and refund page and then email us at returns@lovedaisymay.co.uk. Make sure you include as much information as possible for us, including a reason for return and pictures if needed.
